We offer refunds rather than exchanges so you can reorder any style, color, or size you want, whenever you want. 

• You have a 30-day window from the shipping date to initiate a return.
  
  
• To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, undamaged, unaltered, and unused. 
  • Before returning, the original packaging must be enclosed in another bag or box to preserve its quality.
    • Wetsuits must be returned in the original box that they were shipped in. Wetsuits stuffed into small boxes/packages will not be accepted.
  • Products must retain their original tags, and bikini bottoms must have the hygienic sticker intact.
  • You can reuse the packing bag from the original shipment or use another form of packaging as long as it protects the original box. 
  • Items returned with tape or labels directly on the original packaging or without the original packaging, labels and hangtags will be refused or subject to a $15 restocking fee.
    
    
    
• We only accept returns on items purchased from this website.
  
  
• A refund will be issued for the purchase price, plus the original shipping charge if applicable.
  
  
• Refunds will only be applied to the original credit card account used for the purchase.
  
  
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  
  
• If our warehouse cannot accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without a refund.
  
  
• Most refunds are applied within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the item, allowing for processing and inspection time.
  
  
• You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been refunded.
