If you have identified defects in one or more of the items ordered, you can proceed with a return request by contacting us
Please note that it is mandatory to provide some pictures;
- A picture of the whole product;
- A picture of the defect;
- A picture of the product's label on the garment
- A picture of the label (hangtag) or packaging showing the size and style details.
