If your package is marked as delivered, but you can’t locate it, try the following steps:
- If delivered by Canada Post, check your post office box or parcel locker first.
- Inspect areas around your home, such as near your car, patio furniture, or back doors, as carriers sometimes hide packages to prevent theft.
- Ask your neighbours if they might have mistakenly received your package.
- Check with your building’s reception office or security personnel.
