If your package is marked as delivered, but you can’t locate it, try the following steps:

• If delivered by Canada Post, check your post office box or parcel locker first.
  
  
• Inspect areas around your home, such as near your car, patio furniture, or back doors, as carriers sometimes hide packages to prevent theft.
  
  
• Ask your neighbours if they might have mistakenly received your package.
  
  
• Check with your building’s reception office or security personnel.
